Some days we just need a little help winding down & relaxing. This blend is made for just that ! These powerhouse herbs really work to soothe the stress away & call in a sense of comfort & ease.

Ingredients: Chamomile, Turmeric Root, Tulsi Leaf, Hibiscus, Ginger Root, Orange Peel & Cinnamon

How to Enjoy:  Steep one tea bag, or 1-2 tsp of loose leaf tea & a pinch of black pepper, (to activate turmeric root), in 8oz of nearly boiling water for 5 minutes (minimum) & remove tea bag. Enjoy your tea as is or add in honey / lemon to your liking !

(The larger tea bags allow the herbs room to breathe while they steep)
